Wanyaé Belle and Jaleel Croal of the British Virgin Islands advanced to the 200 metres finals at the ASU 2025 Junior Pan American Games on Thursday. Belle finished third in Heat 1 with a time of 21.08 seconds, securing an automatic qualification, while Croal placed second in Heat 2 with a time of 21.03 seconds.
The results set up a historic final, marking the first time two BVI athletes will compete in the same track event at the Junior Pan Am Games. The 200 metres final is scheduled for 6:20 p.m. local time (5:20 p.m. BVI time) on Thursday, concluding both athletes’ competition at the Games.
