RDA Appoints Jeremy Hodge Manager for Project Planning and Management

The Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) has seconded Jeremy Hodge to serve as Manager – Project Planning and Management, effective Wednesday, Oct. 1, Chief Executive Officer Anthony McMaster announced.

The RDA said the secondment is intended to strengthen internal capacity, enhance project delivery and support skills development within the public service. In his new role, Hodge will help lead the planning, coordination and delivery of major development projects, participate in procurement processes, and ensure alignment with national priorities and stakeholder expectations. The agency noted his contributions are expected to advance its strategic objectives during the RDA’s envisioned transition to the Virgin Islands Development Agency (VIDA).

Hodge previously served in senior public service roles including Human Resources Manager at the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Transportation, Works and Utilities, and most recently Director of the Public Works Department (PWD). At PWD, he oversaw road repair and development works, including rebuilding sidewalks, addressing undermined roads and collapsed drains, resurfacing unpaved roads, redirecting Road Town traffic flow, and rebuilding the Parham Town Bridge.

His academic credentials include a Graduate Diploma in Management from Manchester University and an Executive Diploma in Management from the McKechnie Institute in the United Kingdom. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Human Resources Management from InterAmerican University in Puerto Rico and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from H. Lavity Stoutt Community College.
