Dr. Charles Wheatley — the visionary pioneer of music education in the Virgin Islands.
Mr. Arthur Sellwood and Mr. Clennel Vanterpool — honoured for carrying on Dr. Wheatley’s legacy and inspiring generations through music.
Their dedication opened doors for young Virgin Islanders to explore the Arts, become educators, perform around the world, and even make hits for artists abroad.
