Melvin Edrick Donovan, a 51-year-old resident of Carrot Bay, has been reported missing. He was last seen in the Road Town area in February 2025, wearing tan-colored long pants and a purple t-shirt.
Donovan is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with a slim build and dark complexion. His family has expressed deep concern for his well-being, as he has a history of mental illness.
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) is asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward. Reports can be made by calling 311, contacting the nearest police station, or speaking with any member of the RVIPF.
