The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has apprehended a suspect in connection with a shooting incident at Ups Cineplex shortly after 10 pm on Saturday, July 6. The female victim who is reportedly a member of the RVIPF, was promptly transported to Dr. Orlando Smith’s Hospital for treatment.
The suspect remains in custody pending further investigation. RVIPF officials are urging the public to provide any additional information related to the incident.
“We urge anyone with information, regardless of its perceived significance, to come forward,” stated an RVIPF spokesperson.
