British Virgin Islands resident Carlos Sutherland’s return home turned tragic as he was gunned down in his homeland of Trinidad on February 29th, shortly after 5:00 pm.
The incident occurred at the home of his mother on Mount Zion Road, Arima.
According to sources close to the family, the 42-year-old man was scheduled to return to the Virgin Islands on March 1st after a brief visit to Trinidad.
