The incident, which occurred shortly after 4 a.m., claimed the life of Jareem Todman, a 34-year-old resident who was fatally shot multiple times.
Authorities have confirmed that Mr. Todman was pronounced dead at the scene. The RVIPF has expressed its deepest sympathies to Mr. Todman’s family and friends, acknowledging the profound grief that this senseless act of violence has caused.
