Tragic Market Square Murder Under Investigation by RVIPF

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has launched an active investigation following a tragic shooting early Sunday morning in Market Square, Road Town. The incident, which occurred shortly after 4 a.m., claimed the life of Jareem Todman, a 34-year-old resident who was fatally shot multiple times.

Authorities have confirmed that Mr. Todman was pronounced dead at the scene. The RVIPF has expressed its deepest sympathies to Mr. Todman’s family and friends, acknowledging the profound grief that this senseless act of violence has caused.

In a public appeal, the RVIPF is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward. Witnesses or those with details that could assist in the investigation are encouraged to contact the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-8477 (TIPS) or the RVIPF Intelligence Department at 368-9339.
