Former BVI Tourist Board employee Rosemary Rosan has fiercely condemned the unauthorised leak of a confidential document related to her ongoing legal dispute with the Board. The document, which surfaced on WhatsApp earlier today, includes anonymous allegations regarding her relationship with the Premier, sparking significant public interest.

The leaked page, part of a letter written nearly two years ago, was meant exclusively for entities within the Premier’s portfolio and had remained confidential until today’s breach. The leak included an anonymous note stating: “This is why she hates the Premier so much. He refused to give Cindy a million dollars of Tax Payers’ Dollars.”

Rosan, who is contesting her termination through the BVI Labour Arbitration Tribunal, condemned the leak as a serious breach of confidentiality. “This is most unfortunate,” she remarked, criticising the circulation of sensitive information on social media.

In response to the anonymous claims, Rosan did not address the specific allegations but confirmed that her legal counsel would manage the situation. “My legal counsel will address the matter in the appropriate forum. I will have no further comment on the matter,” she said.

The emergence of these anonymous allegations has only heightened public interest, raising concerns about privacy, the security of sensitive information, and the motivations behind the leak. Rosan’s case against the BVI Tourist Board remains ongoing as it moves through the tribunal.
