Gunshots Fired in Early Morning Incident in Purcell, Tortola
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) is investigating a shooting that occurred in the early hours of August 20, 2024, in Purcell Estate.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire shortly after 1 a.m. and found spent shell casings at the scene.
