Unidentified Black Male Found Dead Floating On Dinghy
Early this Morning July 27, the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force Marine Department was alerted to the sighting of an unresponsive male drifting on a dinghy between Marina Cay and Great Camanoe shortly after 7 a.m. He was transported to Dr. Orlando Hospital, where he was officially pronounced dead.
According to initial reports reaching JTV News, an unmanned dinghy was seen floating aimlessly with no one visible at the engine. Concerned onlookers notified the authorities, prompting an immediate investigation and the discovery of the body and the vessel this afternoon.
