Three Tortola Men Charged With Burglary
Kempes Nicholls, David Baronville and Mikhail Howe have been charged with burglary following separate incidents in November on main Island Tortola.
A Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) statement said officers arrested Nicholls on November 26 at around 4:20 p.m.
The 32-year-old of Wickhams Cay I, Tortola, was charged with three counts of burglary and two counts of handling stolen goods.
Three days prior, on November 23, police detained Baronville at around 3:26 p.m and later charged him with burglary.
The 45-year-old of Long Bush, Tortola resident was placed on $5,000 station bail and booked to appear in Magistrate’s Court on November 25, 2024.
Meanwhile, Howe 33, of Lower Estate, Tortola was arrested by detectives on November 23, at 1:23 p.m., charged with burglary and placed on 10,000 station bail.
He too will appear in Magistrate’s Court November 25, 2024.
