Trio Apprehended and Charged in Connection to Road Town Burglaries

Several arrests have been made in response to a spate of burglaries afflicting both residential and commercial properties in Road Town over the past fortnight.

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has arrested and charged Kempes Nicholls, 32, residing in Wickham’s Cay, David Baronville, 45, hailing from Long Bush and Mikhail Howe, 33, from Lower Estate, with burglary after officers of the Criminal Investigations Department conducted investigations, resulting in significant breakthroughs.

Both Baronville and Howe have been granted bail pending their scheduled court appearance in January.

Nicholls, faces charges of three counts of burglary and two counts of handling stolen goods. Presently in custody, he awaits his appearance at the Magistrate’s Court.
