Urgent Appeal for Assistance in Locating Missing Teen, Chloe Fontaine
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force has issued a public plea for help in their efforts to locate Chloe Fontaine, a 15-year-old teenager who was reported missing on October 28, 2023.
Chloe, described as having a light brown complexion and standing at 5’3″, was last seen wearing a short blue pants and an unknown color top. While her current whereabouts remain unknown, there have been reported sightings of her in the Joes Hill area on occasion.
