BVI represented at the 1st Annual Caribbean Baking Awards
The 1st Annual Caribbean Baking Awards, an event celebrating the culinary richness of the Caribbean and the creative geniuses behind its delectable creations, have been officially announced.
Among the 31 talented bakers representing 13 Caribbean Islands, Jada Maimehon and LSL Bake Shop will proudly represent the British Virgin Islands. These artisans have displayed an awe-inspiring blend of skill and creativity in crafting mouthwatering treats that have delighted the palates of many.
Supporters can cast their votes and determine the future stars of Caribbean baking by participating in the online voting polls at www.caribbeanbakingawards.com. Voting will remain open from October 14th through November 14th, 2023.
Winners will be unveiled during the official Caribbean Baking Awards ceremony on February 17th, 2024. The location will be disclosed at a later date.
Organizers are inviting bakers and pastry chefs to join the Caribbean Baking Awards: Wine and Cake Tasting Showcase. This exciting segment will feature a distinguished celebrity guest, renowned for her exceptional baking prowess, who will evaluate entries based on taste, presentation and innovation, elevating the competition to another level.
