New Public Officers Engage in Comprehensive Three-Day Training Program
One hundred and twenty (120) public officers, who have been in service for one year or less, are participating in a rigorous three-day course aimed at providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the Public Service.
The training, which commenced on October 17th and will conclude on October 19th, covers a wide range of topics including the functions and branches of government, various procedures and departments, as well as the roles of senior managers.
This cohort of attendees is actively engaged in learning modules designed to enhance their knowledge and familiarity with the inner workings of the Public Service. By equipping these new officers with a solid foundation in the operations and functions of government, the training program aims to ensure they are well-prepared to contribute effectively to their respective roles and responsibilities within the public sector.
