Thirty-four-year-old Kyle Baronville has been charged with discharging a loaded gun with intent to arm another on October 3 in Crabbe Lot on Tortola.

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) on October 7 confirmed that Baronville, a resident of Carrot Bay, also on Tortola, discharged a gun in an attempt to harm another just after 9 p.m. on October 3.

He was apprehended by detectives after Crabbe Lot residents reported hearing gunshots in the community.

Baronville is also charged with carrying an unlicensed firearm, possession of a firearm with the intent to endanger life, and unlawful possession of explosives.

Police Commissioner Mark Collins today reiterated the RVIPF’s commitment to solving gun-related offenses.
