Asia-Leigh Llewellyn Takes Home First Prize in Anegada Lobster Festival Art Competition

The BVI Tourist Board has revealed the talented winners of the highly anticipated Anegada Lobster Festival Art Competition.

The announcement was made today on their official Facebook page, generating excitement and applause from participants and supporters alike.

This year, children between the ages of 7 and 12 were encouraged to unleash their creativity and participate in this engaging competition. The incentive to win incredible prizes and have their artwork featured on the cover of the 2023 Anegada Lobster Fest “Flap Book” and across various vibrant social media platforms added an extra layer of motivation for these budding artists.

🥇 In first place, Asia-Leigh Llewellyn from Leonora Delville Primary School claimed the grand prize of a 55-inch Curved Samsung Series 9 4K Smart TV. .

🥈 Tiffany Faulkner from Claudia Creque Educational Centre secured second place and won the coveted PS5, 5 Disk Edition.

🥉 Alana Singh from Bregado Flax Educational Centre Primary Division claimed third place and was awarded a 10th Generation Apple iPad.

🏅 Ah’Jenai Evans from Elmore Stoutt High School earned fourth place and received an HP Laptop – FQ104NR 14 inch.

🏅 Cameron Todman from Alexandrina Maduro Primary School secured fifth place and won a 14-inch HP Laptop.

🏅 Jaida Hypolite from Elmore Stoutt High School claimed sixth place and earned a Kindle Fire.

The Anegada Lobster Festival Art Competition not only showcases the incredible talent of young artists but also enhances the overall excitement and creativity of the renowned festival. The BVI Tourist Board expresses its gratitude to all the participants, whose exceptional artistic abilities made the judging process a challenging one.
