Ugandan Delegation Presents Invitation for CSPOC Conference to Speaker of the House
During a Goodwill Mission to the Virgin Islands on September 25, Hon. Okupa Elijah and Hon. Abdu Katuntu of Uganda had the honour of personally presenting an invitation to the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Hon. Corine George-Massicote.
The invitation was for the 27th Conference of Speakers and Presiding Officers of the Commonwealth (CSPOC), scheduled to take place from January 3rd to 6th, 2024.
The event was attended by notable individuals including the Leader of the Opposition, Hon. Ronnie W. Skelton; Junior Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, and First District Representative, Hon. Dr. Karl Dawson; Second District Representative, Hon. Melvin M. Turnbull; and the Clerk of the House, Ms. Phyllis Evans.
