Two In Police Trouble For Handling Stolen Property and Damaging Property

Officers attached to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) arrested and charged Dwight Smith of The Valley, Virgin Gorda with criminal damage and being armed with an offensive weapon.

Twenty-eight-year-old Smith was detained on September 7 at around 7:05 a.m.

Also, thirty-two-year-old Philip Lawrence has been charged with two counts of handling stolen goods.

According to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) September 14 statement,

Reef on Tortola was arrested on September 1 at around 6:43 p.m.

He was placed on $5,000 station bail to appear in Magistrate’s Court at a later date.
