One Remanded, One On Bail For Burglary

Fifty-three-year-old Howard Hughes, of no fixed place of abode, appeared in Magistrate’s Court charged with two counts of burglary and was remanded to His Majesty’s Prison.

A September 14 Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) statement said Hughes was arrested on August 31 at around 2:03 p.m.

Meanwhile, Glenville Callwood, 28, of Baughers Bay, Tortola, was arrested and charged with burglary on September 3 at around 5:48 p.m.

Police placed Callwood on $5,000 station bail and booked October 16 for him to appear in Magistrate’s Court.
