October Court Appearances For Two Men Charged With Assault
Kempes Nicholls of Road Town, Tortola and Kervin McMillan of Great Harbour, Jost Van Dyke will appeared in Magistrate’s Court on October 16 to answer assault charges stemming from separate incidents.
A Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) September 14 press statement said officers arrested Nicholls on September 4 at around 2:20 p.m and charged him with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and carrying an offensive weapon.
The 32-year-old was placed on $5,000 station bail.
McMillan, 46, was charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm and being armed with an offensive weapon on September 4 at around 1:30 p.m.
He too was granted $5,000 Station bail.
