The Moorings Unveils New Developments at Flagship Base in Road Town, Tortola
The Moorings, one of the British Virgin Islands top yacht charter companies, has recently unveiled new developments, including the Moorings Market, to their flagship base in Road Town.
The main location on Tortola now has the on-site Moorings Market, a larger Watersports Shop managed by Sail Caribbean Divers and a rejuvenated fleet of yachts.
Additionally, the famous Charlie’s Restaurant named after the company’s co-founder the late Navy veteran and sailing enthusiast Charlie Cary, has reopened with an amazing menu.
The more than 500-year operation can comfortably accommodate almost 300 vessels.
The upgrades were completed just in time for the new non-stop American Airlines service from Miami to Tortola. The daily service was launched on June 1.
