Forbes.com Listed University Of The Virgin Islands For Offering Top Online Degree Programmes
Forbes.com has listed the University of the Virgin Islands as one of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in the U.S. offering top online degree programmes.
A press statement from the institute located on St Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, said UVI was also rated for its low student-to-faculty ratio, competitive student retention rates and affordable tuition costs.
Universities are ranked following research by Forbes Advisor, an online resource for financial decision-making.
UVI Provost Dr. Camille McKayle is in charge of online programmes. She works with a dedicated team including Dr. Pamela Moolenaar-Wirsiy, Dr. Ameeta Jadav and Wendy Fedler.
Qualified UVI professors teach students in associate, bachelor, and master degrees in six accredited programmes, including Management, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Organisational Leadership, and Educational Leadership.
Programmes are also introduced based on demand and students have access to free online tutoring.
