Water Disruption On June 1 On Tortola Due To Power Issues
The Water and Sewerage Department have confirmed that residents in several communities across Tortola will have no service from 8:00 p.m. on June 1 to 5:00 a.m. on June 2 due to power generation issues.
A Thursday, June 1 press statement said the following communities will be affected – Baughers Bay to H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC), Belle Vue, Manchester, Long Trench.
Fahie Hill to Spooners Estate, Diamond Estate, Meyers, etc, DeCastro Road, Butu Mountain, Free Bottom, Purcell, Horse Path, Lower Estate, Road Town to Duffs Bottom, Lower and Upper Hope, Spring Ghut, Nothingham Estate, Little Dix Hill, Josiah’s Bay, Long Look, Jennings Hill, Lambert Estate, Lil Bay, Upper Georgie Hill, Balsam Ghut and Sheppard Hill.
The Water and Sewerage Department apologised for any inconvenience.
