Leverick Bay Poker Run Is Back May 28

Leverick Bay Resort and Marina 19th Annual Leverick Bay Poker Run will be held on Sunday, May 28th following a three-year hiatus due to Covid-19 pandemic.

A statement from the organisers said two new spots have been added to the course – Loose Mongoose and Saba Rock – which includes Pirate’s on Norman Island, Foxy’s Taboo on Jost Van Dyke, and the Tortola Pier Park are “We are excited to have new stops on this year’s Poker Run, including Loose Mongoose and Saba Rock, and we are grateful for the continued support of Pirate’s on Norman Island, Foxy’s Taboo on Jost Van Dyke, and the Tortola Pier Park. The event would not be possible without the support from these venues.

A record number of 150 boats participated in the Poke Run in 2019.

“We anticipate 2023 to be an even bigger year, as we welcome everyone back after a long hiatus,” the statement said.

Net proceeds will be given to the Virgin Gorda Charitable Trust.
