Youth Chess Tournament In Progress
Young players from the British Virgin Islands Chess Federation, Bregado Flax Educational Centre, Elmore Stoutt High School and St George’s Secondary School will today battle each other in the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports Inter-Secondary School Pilot Chess Tournament.
The future chess stars will go six rounds in this swift-style competition in Room 108 at the Elmore Stoutt High School, Road Town, Tortola.
The junior player with the highest score will be the first Inter-Secondary School Chess Champion.
The tournament starts at 9:30 a.m and spectators are welcome.
