The Sweet Art 268 team representing Antigua and Barbuda at the 2025 Caribbean Baking Awards (CBA), is ready to bring their A-game, on February 21st and 22nd at the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex in Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

With a roster of talented bakers—including Chef Timoy Titus, a third-place finisher from last year’s competition, Chef Lana William, Nadine Anthony, and Destinee Abbott—this team is all about combining skill, artistry, and precision.

Chef Titus’s passion for baking continues to impress, while Chef William’s creativity and culinary knowledge elevate the team’s desserts to new heights. Nadine Anthony, a seasoned cake decorator and florist, adds her delicate artistry to each creation, making sure they’re just as beautiful as they are tasty. Rounding out the team, Destinee Abbott, a librarian, brings a meticulous approach to organisation and detail, ensuring every dish is perfectly executed.

This year’s competition has grown significantly, with over 70 nominees from 18 Caribbean islands, including Sweet Art 268. As the event draws closer, excitement is building for a weekend of exceptional culinary talent, cultural exchange, and the celebration of the diverse baking traditions that make the Caribbean a true culinary powerhouse.
