13-Year-Old American Charged With Indecent Assault
Officers attached to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) have charged a 13-year-old American with indecent assault.
A RVIPF statement said the teenager was detained on July 9 at around 3:10 p.m, and following an investigation, he was charged and placed on $10,000 station bail.
The American’s first court date was on July 12.
