Silver In The Bag – Ke’Andrae Campbell Wins Silver Medal At The 47th Annual Northwest Track and Field Classic In Miami

Ke’Andrae Campbell this morning won a medal for the British Virgin Islands in the open men’s 100m race at the 47th Annual Northwest Track and Field Classic in Miami, United States.

The Top Notch Club runner secured the silver medal with a time of 10.77 seconds in the June 10 race,

The event is being held at the Traz Powell Stadium from June 10 to 11, and features participants from Jamaica, Bahamas, Canada, and Trinidad and Tobago and the United States.

It’s an opportunity for up-and-coming track stars from the British Virgin Islands to be seen by NCAA scouts looking to “discover” the next big star.

The Miami Northwest Express Track Club was founded by the late Jesse Holt, a legend in the world of track and field in the United States.

Athletes from local clubs Sprint Tech, Talent Ex and Raw Skills are also competing in the Miami meet.
