Troupe XtraVIganza is back!
They first hit the streets of Tortola back in 2014 for the 60th Emancipation Festival of the Virgin Islands. With over four hundred and fifty (450) participants, the troupe created quite a spectacle August Monday during the Emancipation Festival Parade. The troop then went underground but is now back and readying for Festival 2023.
The launch took place on March 17, 2023.
