The British Virgin Islands Electricity Corporation (BVIEC) has announced the postponement of a scheduled power outage initially set to take place from 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, to 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 19.
According to an official notice, the outage—planned to facilitate critical maintenance work at the Long Bush Substation—has been deferred due to unforeseen circumstances. A new date and time for the maintenance activity will be issued once rescheduling is complete.
